The Garage Auto Repair

I had my A/C worked on, and thought it would take a couple of weeks to get repaired because their lot was full. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they got it repaired. They also came back with some other items that they recommended. I felt the need to do a few of them, but not all of them because of the age of the car. They were very professional and I highly recommend them.

10/10⭐️’s‼️Phenomenal service from start to finish. The Garage Auto Repair goes above and beyond with customer convenience — including complimentary Uber rides from the shop and back from your home or workplace to pick up your vehicle after repairs are complete. Their communication is top-tier, walking you through exactly what needs to be done and presenting a clear, detailed breakdown of repairs by priority: high, moderate, and low. The staff is friendly, the technicians are highly skilled, and the facility is clean and professional. Service is fast, efficient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. While they operate on the higher end of the price scale, the quality and peace…

I CANNOT recommend The Garage enough. After so many disappointing experiences with other chain repair places, I was on the hunt for a reliable, honest local shop. After reading the reviews, I gave The Garage a try. They have exceeded my expectations over and over. They have a customer for life in me. The shop itself is clean and inviting and Glen and Brian are the most personable, kind and friendly front desk team you could meet. They make you feel like family. I have an ancient car that I'm just trying to baby along as far as I can. They understand this mission and do everything they can to help . Even with such an old car and limited finances, everyone there treats me as well as they …

My tire pressure sensor alerted in my car while I was about to run some errands. I live just down the road from The Garage, so I pulled in to see if they could spare a moment to check my tire pressure. They took my car straight in, even though they were visibly busy, and offered me a seat and some snacks in their very clean waiting area. I was only there for maybe 15 minutes before my car was presented back to me, all four tires checked and at proper pressure again. But during that short time, I observed (through overheard phone calls and staff conversations) a display of professionalism, courtesy, integrity and work ethic that caught my attention. They go above and beyond in what services t…

Honestly, very pleased with the people working here. Super honest and transparent. I thought I needed brakes and upper/lower control arms. They could have easily agreed, but didn’t. They said those thing were actually looking good. (Saved me a lot of money). Prices are competitive with others. (I thought it was high at first - after research I was wrong). They had my car less than a day and it was ready to roll. They stayed true to their quote too. I’ll be a returning customer solely based off how honest they were. The fast service is just a bonus. Glenn was my service advisor and the guy did a 10/10 job!
